Questions
Short answers. If yours is missing, ask the assistant in the app or email hello@superperps.io.
What is Superperps?
A chat interface for trading perpetual futures on Lighter, the perps exchange on Robinhood Chain. You describe a trade, an AI assistant drafts it, and you sign it in your browser.
Is it affiliated with Robinhood or Lighter?
No. Superperps is an independent interface built on their public APIs and contracts.
Which wallets work?
Any EVM wallet that can sign messages: Robinhood Wallet, MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and others, via browser extension or WalletConnect.
Do I need a Lighter account first?
Yes. Deposit USDG into Lighter on Robinhood Chain from the Robinhood Wallet or directly to the Lighter contract. The first deposit creates the account. Superperps then finds it by your address.
Can Superperps withdraw my funds?
No. Trading keys cannot withdraw to another address, and Superperps never has your wallet key. Withdrawals happen in the Robinhood Wallet or on Lighter.
Does the AI trade automatically?
No. Every order opens a confirmation card. Nothing is signed or sent until you click. Stop-loss and take-profit orders are native Lighter order types, so they work even when the tab is closed.
What does it cost?
Superperps is free while in beta. Lighter charges its own trading fees (currently zero on the standard tier on Robinhood Chain). Gas is not needed for trading; deposits and withdrawals on Robinhood Chain use ETH for gas.
Which model powers the assistant?
Claude by Anthropic, running on Cloudflare Workers. Market and account data come straight from Lighter's API; the model never guesses numbers.
Where is my data stored?
Chat history lives in a Cloudflare Durable Object per thread. Your address, account index and order journal are in Cloudflare D1. Trading keys are only in your browser.
Who can use it?
Perps on Lighter via Robinhood are restricted in several jurisdictions, including the US, UK, Canada, Switzerland, the UAE and Singapore. You are responsible for checking your eligibility.
Is this financial advice?
No. The assistant reports data and executes your instructions. It will point out obvious risks but it does not recommend trades.
